No matter where you plan to travel, you need somewhere to stay. One thing is for sure, though: not all hotels are created equal. A bad hotel can completely ruin your vacation vibes. If you’re looking to upgrade your next trip, here are the newest and hottest luxury lodgings that you can find in North America right now. From Texas to Toronto, there’s no shortage of brand-new 5-star accommodations.

(The Monarch San Antonio)
This brand new hotel is the latest in Hilton’s Curio Collection repertoire. Having opened March 2026, in the heart of San Antonio, Texas, this is a highly anticipated premier location. With an outdoor pool, luxury spa, and fitness center, there’s no shortage of relaxation. Two restaurants led by Chef Jae H. Lee promise custom menus of bold and delicious dishes. Oak & Amber, a wood-fired steakhouse, and Aleteo, a Yucatán fusion restaurant. The French-inspired Nectarie Cafe is led by Executive Pastry Chef Sebastien Polycarpe. In this beautiful new location, you’ll never want for anything as you explore San Antonio’s reimagined Hemisfair District.
(The Anthem Los Angeles Stadium District)
This new Tapestry by Hilton hotel opened in early February of 2026, just a short walk away from SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, YouTube Theatre, and Kia Forum. The prime location makes this spot ideal for guests who want to be in the centre of the action. A beautiful outdoor pool and an indoor fitness center, just in case you find yourself with a bit of downtime between concerts. For food, there’s a bar with wall-to-wall screens, perfect for watching the games you missed. While this Hilton residence may not be as luxurious as The Monarch, it’s sure to be the perfect fit for someone who wants to experience the Los Angeles Stadium District in style.
One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana

(One&Only Moonlight Basin)
Lone Mountain Land Company and Kerzner International have worked together to open the first One&Only resort in North America. On November 18, 2025, the luxury resort in Montana was officially opened. The destination comprises six resort buildings and 19 guest cabins, with private estate lots for sale as well. The resort features amenities for all seasons. It offers prime skiing locations in the winter, with a private gondola for access, and plenty of swimming in the summer, with both an outdoor pool and a private beach. If it’s too cold to swim outside, they offer an indoor spa year-round, which features a lap pool. For dining, the resort offers four different restaurants: The Landing, an après-ski dining experience, Akira Back, a modern Japanese restaurant, Wildwood, ranch-inspired dining in the main lodge of the resort, and Dear Josephine, an elegant cocktail bar with speakeasy flair.
Fouquet’s in New York City

(Fouquet’s New York)
Since its opening in September 2022, Fouquet’s has quickly become one of the most sought-after hotels in New York City. Its Parisian-inspired art deco decor gives it a beautifully unique and fashion-forward vibe. Two blocks from the Hudson River, this perfect getaway is in the heart of Tribeca, offering a perfect middleground between city life and private sanctuary. The Technogym-equipped fitness centre offers personalized sessions with DOGPOUND coaches for blowing off steam, or soak it in at the wellness spa, equipped with an aromatherapy steam room, indoor pool, sauna, couple’s suite, and relaxation areas. And while New York City has no shortage of premium restaurants, Fouquet’s hosts 3 of its own, along with a bar, all of which capture the same Parisian elegance and charm as the hotel itself.
BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Toronto

(Bisha Hotel Toronto)
While this is not a new hotel, Bisha Hotel, rebranded as BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel, was recently acquired by Sunray Group, introducing it as Marriott’s first Luxury Collection hotel in Canada. The acquisition and rebranding took effect on March 1, 2025, sparking a new wave of attention. In the southern entertainment district of Toronto, just minutes away from the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Union Station, the heart of the city is at your door. Just like Fouquet’s, BISHA offers their own restaurants amidst the bustling city. KŌST, a rooftop oasis on the 44th floor offering Californian coastline cuisine, and Akira Back, the same modern Japanese-Korean restaurant as One&Only, only this time in the heart of the city for anyone to enjoy. With a rooftop infinity pool open from May to October, a sleek cocktail lounge, and a French patisserie, there is no shortage of fun and delicious experiences as you explore Toronto’s entertainment district.
